Application Process In order for FHI to complete an education and/or work experience evaluation, the following items MUST BE PROVIDED no exceptions: 1) FHI APPLICATION FORM (Must be entirely filled out) 2) A certified or original copy of university or college diplomas or certificates. If document is not in English, an official translation must also accompany original documents. 3) Misc. items a. Education or on the job training certificates may be helpful in obtaining a US degree equivalency. (Please check with FHI if questions) 4) Work Experience Evaluation (if applicable) If a Work Experience Evaluation is requested in addition to an Education Evaluation, the following must also be submitted: i. Current resume ii. Certificate of Experience letters (if applicable) iii. On the job training certificates (if applicable) Note: Primary and Secondary School Certificates/Statement of Mark Sheets are NOT REQUIRED. |
